Warranty credits
A landed change linked to a Sev1 or Sev2 incident within 30 days of release is credited at three times its fee.
Crew SLA
If Day0 doesn't route a change within 10 minutes of “ready for review”, or doesn't post the review packet within 30 minutes, that change is free.
Disputes
Dispute any ledger line from its receipt. Disputed lines are held off the invoice until resolved.
Platform fees
Platform fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where the law requires otherwise. To be confirmed by legal counsel.
