Change classes
Day0 never picks the price class by opinion; classes come from objective rules you can edit.
- Micro
- Bot dependency updates, docs-only, lockfile-only, formatting-only, allow-listed config, or fewer than 10 changed lines on non-critical code.
- Critical
- Touches a path or service you've tagged as critical, includes a database migration, or matches your auth, billing or permissions patterns.
- Standard
- Everything else.
What counts as a landed change
- 1Processed by Day0 before merge

- 3Released to the intended customers
- 47 healthy days: no rollback and no linked Sev1 or Sev2
Not counted
Changes that bypassed Day0, reverts or rollbacks inside the window, and changes never released.
Guarantees
- Warranty
- A landed change linked to a Sev1 or Sev2 within 30 days of release is credited at three times its fee.
- Crew SLA
- If Day0 doesn't route a change within 10 minutes of “ready for review”, or doesn't post the review packet within 30 minutes, that change is free.
- Spend cap
- You set a monthly cap; you're alerted at 80%; at 100% you choose to continue or pause billable automation until next month.
